$7.8 million Payout To 6 California Workers Fired For Religious Objections To Covid-19 Vaccine During Pandemic
Holding The Line Against Lies, Propaganda and Human Rights Violations by Federal, State and Company Dictates

San Francisco’s Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system just had a reckoning. A federal jury handed out a seismic $7.8 million payout to six workers fired for their religious refusal to get vaccinated during the COVID-19 pandemic. These employees, who held firm in their beliefs amid a whirlwind of fear, falsehoods, and coercion, now find themselves vindicated with a financial windfall and a court ruling that could resonate far beyond the West Coast.

“It’s the unvaccinated who are the threat.”
"Literally, the only people dying are the unvaccinated."
The only people to blame are the unvaccinated.” -Don Lemon
Screw your freedom. -Arnold Schwarzenegger
But back to BART’s who dismissed employees—six among many who faced ostracization and job loss—chose not to bend. Citing their religious convictions, they asked for reasonable accommodations that would have allowed them to keep working without compromising their beliefs.
