Blue Cross’s $12 Million Blunder: The Price of Ignoring Religious Rights
How Vaccine Bullying Made Lisa Domski a Millionaire
Remember when America went bonkers?
When “public health” became the all-encompassing excuse to snatch up every remaining right we thought we still had and ceased kids’ education even though they were the least susceptible?
No jab? No job.
No mask? No freedom, including but not limited to education.
It was the country’s newest slogan, stamped into HR manuals and executive memos coast-to-coast. And if you dared to object on religious grounds, you were brushed aside as a conspiracy theorist, a quack, a wacko.
But “vengeance is mine, saith the Lord.” Lisa Domski’s recent $12 million jackpot lawsuit — let’s call it what it is, a well-deserved payout for unjust treatment — just lit the fuse on the legal bomb that’s about to detonate in every corporate boardroom from San Francisco to Wall Street, Lord willing of course.
Domski wasn’t some fringe anti-vaxxer. She’s a fixture, a lifer — 30 years with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan—the very picture of loyalty. But when it came time to shove that needle into her arm, she said, “No thanks,” citing her Catholic faith as the reason.
Did her employers give her a second’s thought?
No. They showed her to the door like a sack of expired policies and tossed her out without so much as a backward glance or kitschy “Great Job! Thank You For Giving Us Your Best Years” plaque. Her religion, they decided, just wasn’t “compelling enough.”
Blue Cross learns that playing the sanctimonious gatekeeper of health virtue comes with a premium rate. The federal jury saw right through their act and handed Domski $12 million — the largest single award yet for COVID vaccine discrimination.
And mark my words: it’s just the beginning.
The Hypocrisy of the Mandate Mafia
These mandates were supposed to be all about protecting the public, remember? “Do it for grandma.” But instead, they turned into a blank check for employers to trample over personal beliefs and religious convictions. Government agencies were just as complicit, backing these policies with the zealous fervor of a witch hunt. Don’t believe in the sanctity of the vaccine? Out with you. Never mind the Constitution or those pesky First Amendment rights; those were inconvenient speed bumps in their holy crusade.
And let’s not forget the recent $7.8 million payout to six California workers fired for refusing the COVID jab on religious grounds. The floodgates are open, and the waters aren’t receding anytime soon. The media's 'get vaccinated or else' mantra now has a price tag, and employers are checking their wallets. Domski's case has turned the 'get your shot or get out' policy into a 'pay up or shut up' reality.
After this legal bombshell, government officials, news anchors, and big tech bros like Facebook are beginning to wish they could mandate amnesia.
The Vaccine Myth Falls Flat, and So Does Their Rationale
Here’s the kicker: We’re now learning that these shots were neither as safe nor as effective as they were advertised. The narrative is unraveling like a cheap suit, and HR departments and government agencies are scrambling to contain the fallout.
A peer-reviewed study found that brain clots (cerebral thromboembolism adverse events) are 112,000% more likely to occur after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine than after receiving an influenza vaccine.
They pushed these mandates with an iron fist, branding dissenters as selfish or dangerous. Now, the truth is out: They were the ones endangering people’s livelihoods over a questionable solution. It turns out the “lunatics” weren’t the folks refusing the jab; they were the institutions that thought they could turn a syringe into a sledgehammer against freedom.
When Justice Looks Like a Giant Middle Finger
This isn't just about money for Domski; it's a legal slap in the face to all those who thought authoritarianism was the new normal under the guise of health. They tried to gaslight people, to strong-arm them, to say their beliefs didn’t matter, and now, thankfully, they’re paying for it. Literally.
Many of us have had these sycophants, or just sheeple, in our own lives parroting the propaganda they heard incessantly on MSNBC, CNN and FOX during the pandemic and still today. So it’s personal. These people are family, friends, and colleagues, well, maybe they used to be. It’s astounding these same people STILL virtue signal that they’ve gotten the Covid vaccine as if it’s akin to a worthy credential they labored for when in reality, it’s more like watching frame their participation trophy. Who’s going to tell him, right? It’s just baffling and sad, really.
For the government and corporate giants who thought they were untouchable, I pray your time is coming. The courtroom is where the rules still matter occasionally, where the mandate mafia cannot dictate to the rest of us what to inject into our bodies. Lisa Domski and countless others, Lord willing, are about to make that crystal clear.
As of the writing of this article, it has just been announced Matt Gaetz will be Donald Trump’s AG.… 2025 is going to be very interesting if these guys walk their talk.
